No-Bake Monster Cookie Balls

These are perfect lunch box snacks. I usually make a double batch. Store them in the fridge 2 weeks. 

What You Need

  • 2-1/2 cups gluten old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini M&Ms


In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. It is kind of sticky so it can take some work to get it all mixed up. 

Form dough into 2-tablespoon sized smoother balls. I find a small cookie scoop works great to keep them all the same size. Place the balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. 

Place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Once the balls have set, transfer them to an air-tight container and store them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
